Possible Causes
The water line or stopcock is
blocked.
Water filter clogged.
Improperly installed filter or
water leakage.
Food causing odours in the
refrigerator.

the cooling process, it is
normal for heat to escape from
the base of the refrigerator.
Some floor coverings are too
sensitive and will discolor at
these temperatures, which are
normal and safe.
Defrost heater on.
Normal in periods of high
humidity.
Door opens frequently or
for a long time.
No power to the contact.
Bulb burnt out.
Cubes trapped in the duct.
The door is open.
The unit was recently

What to do?
• Call a plumber.
• Change the filter cartridge or remove the filter and install the plug.
• Replace the filter and make sure it is properly installed (see water filter
installation section).
• Food with strong odors should be covered.
• Store a box of baking soda in the refrigerator; change it every 3
months.
