17. Do not use this pressure cooker for pressure frying with oil.
18. When the normal operating pressure is reached, turn the heat down
so that all the liquid, which creates the steam, does not evaporate.
19. Always pour a minimum amount of at least 2 L (64 oz) of liquid in the
unit. See "Operating Instructions".
20. For food that expands during cooking, like rice or dried vegetables or
stewed fruit, never fill your pressure cooker more than half full. For
certain soups like pumpkin or courgette, give your pressure cooker a
few minutes to cool down, then cool it down fully by placing it under
cold running water.
21. If during use you notice that any part of your pressure cooker is broken
or cracked, do not attempt to open it under any circumstances; turn
off the heat and leave on the hob to cool down completely before
moving it or opening the lid. Do not use it again and take it to a T-FAL
Approved Service Center for repair.
