Pressure gauge

• The pressure cooker is equipped with a pressure gauge.
• The basic reason that our pressure cooker retains the
pressure gauge is to provide additional information as to
the pressure within the unit, but you can be assured that
the unit is functioning at the pressure regulator setting.
Food Preparation Instructions
Do not fill the unit over 2/3 full. When cooking foods that expand during
cooking such as rice or dried vegetables, do not fill the unit over 1/3 full. Over
filling may cause a risk of clogging the steam release outlet and developing
excess pressure.

To cook delicate foods and vegetables
