4. Your prefabrication wagon

4.1 Scope of delivery

5. Installation

Hazardous voltage, danger to life: Before installing the prefabrication wagon, the automatic welder
must be disconnected from the power supply.
Risk of burning: Allow the automatic welder to cool down completely before commencing installation
or disassembly.
The prefabrication wagon must be secured to prevent it from rolling away during installation.
A. Press down on the clamping lever lock (1) and swing the clamping lever (2) up. Pull the lever for the
hot-air blower lock (3), lower the hot-air blower (4), and guide the welding nozzle (5) between the upper
and lower drive roller/contact pressure roller (6/7) as far as it will go. The lever for the hot-air blower
lock (3) must engage. Hold the automatic welder's handle (8) tightly with your other hand during operation.
B. Place the automatic welder as shown.
C. Undo two cheese head screws (9) and one hexagon screw (10) and remove the rollers (11/12). Remem-
ber to remove the spacer (13) and the washer (14) along with each roller (12).
D. Position the prefabrication wagon (15) and secure it with the two cheese head screws (16) and
one hexagon screw (17) included in the scope of delivery.
E. Place the prefabrication wagon (15) and the automatic welder on a horizontal, fireproof location to prevent
it from rolling away.
