•Misuse of the equipment can make it a dangerous instrument and can cause serious injury or even death to the user, readingand
understanding this Manual is extremely important.
•Keep the floor around the equipment always dry and clean, avoiding slips and falls that could cause accidents.
•Make sure that the equipment is properly leveled to the ground and on a level surface, away from walls in order to maintainthe
balance of the equipment and to avoid accidents and damage to the user.
•DO NOT place the machine on a polished (smooth) floor as it may cause instability of the equipment.
•Do not use the equipment if any type of damage is found in its structure. Accident risk.
•Do not use the Resistance strap kit on concrete or other rough surfaces, risk of equipment damage and serious or fatal accident.
•Use only the Resistance strap Kit as intended and shown in this guide for exercise purposes. Improper use of the Resistance strapKit
can lead to serious injury, disfigurement, or equipment damage.
•NEVER RELEASE THE RESISTANCE STRAPS or the handles while under tension. Sudden release will cause the elastic to break andcan
cause injury, disfigurement, or death.
•Do not stretch the strap more than 3 times the original length. Carefully return it back to its original length before releasing.
•Never wrap the straps around your neck, mouth, head, shoulders or torso.
•Always use MOVEBENCH® anchor points as described in this manual.
•Make sure the weights and accessories are stored in the MOVEBENCH®, these will serve as a counterweight to ensure that thebench
is a strong anchor point.
•Be sure to stop and check the lock tightness if you feel or hear any slack in the mechanism.
•Start all exercises slowly and use smooth, controlled movements and tension when pulling and releasing the resistance strap.
•Test each exercise slowly before performing a set to ensure the tension is correct and the handles are securely connected.
•It is advisable to remove the weights after training to ensure that the safety protocols at the start of training are followed.
•Before beginning any type of physical activity, consult a doctor.
•Incorrect or excessive exercise can cause serious injuries. If you experience any type of pain, dizziness, lightheadedness, orshortness
of breath, immediately stop exercising and consult a physician.
•Do not use the equipment if you are ill or under the effect of drugs, alcohol or any substance that impairs your psychomotorability.
•Do not use the equipment barefoot, with heeled shoes or worn soles. Make sure there are no stones stuck to your footwear.
•Do not wear loose clothing, avoid wearing jewelry, chains, loose hair, watch and other objects. Always wear clothing intended
forphysical exercise.
•Do not allow children, animals and people with reduced physical or mental capacity to be near the equipment, risk of serious orfatal
accident. When in operation, keep an eye out and ensure that the space around the equipment is free (isolated from third-party
access)
•Do not try to use more weight plates than the latches can support. The maximum number of weight plates for the standard lock and
extra lock is 3 plates at each end. For Kettlebell lock the maximum weight plate is 1. Do not exceed this capacity, risk of serious or fatal
accident.
•Although the locking system is simple and secure, it is good practice to check the tightness of the locks. If the locking is notcorrect,
the screw can release the weight, causing a serious or fatal accident to the user.
•As resistant as the weights are, do not drop them from great heights.
•Use only replacement parts manufactured and supplied by MOVEMENT.
•Never modify the equipment without the manufacturer's permission. Unauthorized modifications or accessories may result inthe
loss of the warranty, in addition to causing serious or fatal injury to the user.
•Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture, heat and direct sunlight.
•Preventive maintenance is the key to maintaining a long life of the equipment and thus avoiding serious accidents to the user.Any
