for ICELOCK™ Fabrication kits 100 series L-192025

Note: If using ICECAST COMPACT pressure
casting equipment, refer to the " ICECAST COMPACT
Technical Manual for plaster of Paris casting".
CASTING PROCEDURE (A)
Have user don ICEROSS (1).
Fasten one washer (2) onto the distal end of ICEROSS
with the Attachment Pin (3).
Incorporate this washer in the cast by filling the void (4)
between the washer and the distal end of ICEROSS
with plaster of Paris bandage (5).
Complete the negative plaster cast as usual.
FILLING PROCEDURE (B)
Bolt (1) the SmartCast Tool (2) distally inside
the negative plaster cast.
Fill the cast with plaster of Paris (3).
Remove the bolt and strip the cast.
Rectify as normally.
Note: If the cast is made using ICECAST COMPACT
and Pressure Pads, rectification is only needed
in exceptional circumstances.
