8.9. Operation with inverter/converter: the use of this electronic equipment as control and regulation unit, must be studied very
carefully in order to verify that it does not produce electromagnetic interferences or induced currents which can reduce the safety
standard required by the ATEX norms in reference to the zone in which the equipments are working. In any case, the following
conditions must be respected:

- it is compulsory to use the inverter Danfoss VLT FC202 (ex VLT8000) series or more recent Danfoss models with better
performance.
- it is compulsory to set the inner commutation frequency of the inverter at maximum 4 kHz or at the minimum frequency admitted
by the inverter;
- it is compulsory to equip the inverter with the correct battery of filters, between inverter and the motor, for the reduction of [dv/dt];
- it is compulsory to use the inverter only in the modulation range 35 - 60 Hz.
8.10 Max. standard ambient temperature is 40°C; on request, after Caprari S.p.A. checks, a maximum ambient temperature up to 60°C
may be accepted, and this temperature will be indicated on electric pump data plate.
