3 Operating Instructions
1.
Check the lifting device for completeness, as well
as visible damages such as signs of wear,
deformation, breakages, cracks, thread and
corrosion damage prior to each use. Check the
condition and screw connection of the ring bolt
and the support. Do not use the lifting tackle when
defects are noted and discard it immediately.
2.
Carry out the necessary preparation work for the
use of the lifting device in accordance with the
workshop manuals.
3.
Align the lifting device in such a manner that the
sleeve can be plugged through the base plate of
T50057 on the switching shaft.
4.
Fasten the lifting device to the counter shaft with
the knurled screw. Screw in the knurled screw until
the stop.
5.
Suspend the lifting device on the workshop crane
with the additional hook 10-222A/2.

Incorrect attachment of the lifting tackle may cause the
load to fall. These actions could cause serious personal
injury or severe damage to materials.
Attach the lifting tackle exactly as described in the
workshop manual.
Screw the knurled screw into the counter shaft
completely until the stop.

Incorrect attachment of the lifting device can cause
damage to the shafts!

Only use the original knurled screw and sleeve
supplied.
6.
Carry out further work as described in the
workshop manuals.
7.
Ensure that all parts of the special tool have been
removed after completing the repair work.
