17. While the system is securely resting on the sawhorse.
Install elevator tubes (32 and 35) to triangle plates (37) and top pole section (4)
using bolts (29) spacers (30 and 48) and nuts (31) as shown.
Install pole cap (38) at this time.
TIGHTEN BOLT (40) IN LOCK NUT (31) UNTIL
FLUSH (EVEN) WITH LOCK NUT'S OUTER EDGE.
