piece is at 8 o'clock.
The screw-in back has a sapphire crystal window, enabling the mechanism
and the haute horlogerie finish to be admired. On the back of the case are
engraved the case number, the sequential number of the watch with the
number produced, the material and the maximum depth of use.
The water-resistance of your watch, indicated on the back by the symbol
, is guaranteed to a pressure of 5 bar, which corresponds to the
hydrostatic pressure exerted by a column of water on 1 square centimetre at
a depth of 50 metres under normal conditions. In these circumstances your
watch is therefore water-resistant to a depth of about 50 metres.

HE DIAL
The black dial has a minimalist appearance, consisting of an alternation of
baton hour markers – double ones at 12 o'clock and single ones at 3, 6 and 9
– and dot markers. It is the characteristic Panerai sandwich type consisting of
two superimposed plates, the upper one is perforated with baton hour
markers and dots, while the lower one is covered with a layer of luminous
material. In order to ensure optimal levels of luminescence and greater
resistance over time, Panerai uses exclusively "Grade A" Swiss Super-
LumiNova ® . To produce this luminous substance, special high-performance
pigments are used. This allows an increase in the duration of the readability of
approximately 35% compared to standard Super-LumiNova
