A.1.1. United States Certificate
Factory Mutual has issued a certificate of compliance for the 64060625/30528111 battery pack
indicating it complies with U.S. requirements for intrinsically safe equipment. Review this certificate
for details of the approval entity values and non-incendive field wiring parameters.
A.1.2. Canadian Certificate
Factory Mutual has issued a certificate of compliance for the 64060625/30528111 battery pack
indicating it complies with Canadian requirements for intrinsically safe equipment. Review this
certificate for details of the approval entity values and non-incendive field wiring parameters.
A.1.3. Control Drawings
In order to obtain the U.S. and Canadian Factory Mutual certificates of compliance for the
64060625/30528111 battery pack, two control drawings were created. These drawings are a
guide of how to install and connect the 64060625/30528111 battery pack. Review these
drawings before installation. The drawings are included on pages A-8 and A-10.
