4.4.2. Battery Charger
Follow the steps listed in Table 4-3 to help determine what might be wrong if the charger doesn't
appear to be operating properly.

Replacement Parts

There are no replacement parts available for the 64060625/30538111 battery pack. If the unit
fails, the entire battery pack must be replaced. Only the 3m (10 ft.) blue battery cable assembly
with connector is available as a replacement part. Information on the cable assembly is shown
below in Figure 4-4 and Table 4-4.

Table 4-3: Battery Charger Diagnostics
Measure the AC mains power. If the AC power is normal, the battery
charger may be defective.
Battery may not be accepting a charge and is defective. Replace the
battery and check charger operation.
Check battery voltage. If battery voltage is 12-14 VDC, battery may
be fully charged. If voltage is lower than 11 VDC, charger may be
defective.
Maximum battery temperature exceeded. Battery or charger might be
defective. Test charger with another battery to determine which item
is defective.
When charging consecutive batteries, wait 15 seconds after
disconnecting from one battery before connecting to the next.
Fuse open in cable assembly. Replace charger.
