PHOTO 117: Glue the stairway assembly and the barrels onto the deck. Paint the body of the lights (no. 138) grey or black and
the round parts silver. Glue them in place positioned as I the photo. Check with deck "B" plan (no. 2).
PHOTO 118 to 120: Line the deck (no. 139) using the corresponding liner and follow the same steps as with the other decks.
The slots marked in red must be hidden under the lining. Fit the finishes (no. 142) working from the middle of the rounded area
of the deck and towards the stern. Then add the finish at the stern (no. 143). Paint the underside matt white.
PHOTO 121 to 123: Line the bulkheads with the indicated lining and glue the decorated doors and windows onto them. Make
sure that you line the bulkhead (no. 148) on the correct side. Glue them to the deck as shown in the photo.
PHOTO 124 to 126: Locate the decorations (no. 150) and glue them to the corresponding bulkheads, following the numeration
indicated for each one. Glue the corresponding finishes to the corners (no. 151). Varnish the whole assembly.
PHOTO 127 to 129: Assemble the tables and chairs, paint them red and pale yellow, paint the bar top matt black, paint the
bottom of the stools red and the seats matt black, then glue them all into place as in the photo and deck "C" plan (no. 3).
PHOTO 130 & 131: Line the side (no. 155), as shown in the image, and do not open the side slots. Glue in the windows and the
door, previously painted and then glue the corresponding decoration to the inside surface.
PHOTO 132: Glue the deck on top of the cabins making sure that it is well seated. Make sure that the side assembled in the
previous step slots into position, but do not glue it, so that it is removable. Fit the finishes (no. 151)to the removable side only.
PHOTO 133: Put together and paint the tables and chairs, in white and red. Glue them as shown in deck "C" plan (no. 3).
PHOTO 134: Glue the sides of the grills together to form a square. Paint them white and fit the finishes to the top at each corner
(no. 158). Glue them using deck "C" plan (no. 3) as a guide.
PHOTO 135: Put together the tables and chairs and paint them white and red. Glue them as shown in deck "C" plan (no. 3).
PHOTO 136: Line the deck (no. 159) using the corresponding strips, and trim off the excess. Reopen all of the holes and slots.
Paint the underside white and varnish the top side.
PHOTO 137: Put together ,using the pieces indicated (nos. 164 & 165), the skylight beams and then paint them matt white.
PHOTO 138 & 139: Cut the PVC sheet (no. 166) to size and glue it into place. Onto the beams glue the strips (nos. 167 & 168,
once cut to size and painted. Finally cut and glue the finishes (nos. 169 & 170) to cover the beam/frame joints.
PHOTO 140: Now glue the deck assembly, put together in the previous steps, into place onto the fixed sides of the structure.
Make sure that the removable side is not glued. Glue the skylight to the deck and two grill assemblies painted white. See deck
"C" plan (no. 3).
PHOTO 141 & 142: Put together the bench assemblies, painting the legs red and the seats and backrests ochre. Glue them into
place as shown in decks "C & D" plan (no. 3).
PHOTO 143 to 146: Cut out the smoke stacks shown and paint them dark grey. Then fit the tabernacles and the flues. Put
together the benches shown. Decorate the barrels and fit them at the side of the stairs. Glue them using the decks "A, C & D"
plans (nos. 1 & 3) as a guide.
PHOTO 147: Build the 10-step (no. 176) and 9-step (no. 177) stairway strings. Each set consists of a right and a left side.
PHOTO 148: First take one set of strings (no. 176) with 10-steps.
PHOTO 149 & 150: Cut out the ten steps required (no. 178) to the indicated size. Glue them vertically into the slots in the
strings and then glue the other string in place to complete the stairway. Use quick-drying glue.
PHOTO 151 & 152: Shape the banisters (no. 179) and glue them to the strings. Paint the whole stairway white and the
banisters red. You must make up two stairways for the lower deck with 10-steps and one for the upper deck with 9-steps. See
plan (no. 2).
PHOTO 153: Cut to size the smoke-stacks (no. 180) and paint them dark grey. Glue the tops (no. 183), decorated with red, to
the top of each. Make up the hoops using brass wire and glue them into place using plan (no. 2) as a guide. Add the eyebolts,
first making 0.75 mm diameter holes. Insert the tabernacles but do not glue them yet.
PHOTO 154 to 156: Make the necessary holes in the area indicated to fit the adornment (no. 184) to join the two smoke-stacks.
Give shape to the crowns and glue them to the stop of the smoke-stacks. Glue the finishes (no. 158) on each of the points.
PHOTO 157: Insert the smoke-stacks into the holes in the deck shown and fix them vertically. Then glue the tabernacles (no.
182) into place on the deck.
PHOTO 158: Put together and decorate the benches indicated, as shown on deck "D" plan (no. 3). Cut the pillars to (no. 187) to
length and glue them in place under the deck. Add the necessary eyebolts. Check with deck "C" plan (no. 3).
PHOTO 159 & 160: Put together the assembly shown in the photos and line it using the corresponding strips. Attach the
finishes (no. 193) to each corner.
PHOTO 161: Paint the inside of the bulkheads and sides white and the floor red. Cut and bend the support (no. 194) for the
wheel (no. 195). Make the holes indicated in order to glue the assembly into place.
PHOTO 162: Onto the base (no. 196) glue the stove (no. 197). Paint the door and the top silver. Glue it into place as shown
bearing in mind that the chimney (no. 202) (see photo 164 must be above the top hole in the stove.
PHOTO 163 & 164: Take the wheelhouse roof (no. 198) and line it with the strips. Trim off any excess and glue the finishes to
the sides of the roof (no. 200). Paint the underside of the roof white. Make the necessary holes to paint fit the steam whistle (no.
201) and the chimney (no. 202). The chimney must be above the stove. Do not glue the roof on as it must be removable.
PHOTO 165: Assemble and decorate the table and chair khaki green and olive green. Fit them into place as shown in the photo
and plans.
PHOTO 166 & 167: Fit the previously decorated doors and windows. The bell (no. 205) is hung from a piece of brass (no. 204)
and attached to the indicated bulkhead. On both sides of the wheelhouse attach the nameplates (no. 203) window sills (no. 206)
must also be fitted underneath the windows.
PHOTO 168: Glue the wheelhouse into the slots in the deck. Do not glue the roof on.
PHOTO 169: Glue the 3-step stair strings (no. 208) and attach the corresponding steps (no. 207). Use brass wire to make up
the banisters (no. 179). Finally paint the stairs white and the banisters red. Check with plans (nos. 2 & 3).
PHOTO 170 & 171: Paint the adornments (no. 209) red and glue them as shown in the photo. Place the roof on the wheelhouse
but do not glue it.
