Never immerse the appliance or its control
panel in water or in any other liquid to wash
it or for any other reason (see the section on
"Cleaning").
• Wait until the appliance is completely
cold until moving, cleaning or putting it
away. Always use the handles to move the
appliance. Always unplug the appliance
before handling it.
• Never switch on the appliance without oil or
fat. Make sure the level of oil or fat is always
between the minimum and maximum levels
in the inside of the bucket. Never overfill
the bucket, as some hot oil or fat could be
spilled.
• Keep the appliance clean at all times, as it is
in direct contact with food.
• Make sure the cord does not come into
contact with the hot parts of the appliance.
Be careful not to touch these hot parts.
• Only connect the appliance to a socket with
ground connection.
• Make sure that the hot parts of the appliance
never come into contact with inflammable
materials, like curtains, cloths..., as it could
