USE
• Plug in the appliance and set the thermostat to the required
temperature. The ON light and pilot light will switch on.
When the required temperature is reached, the pilot light
will switch off. When the temperature lowers, the thermostat
will turn on again and the pilot light will light up. It will switch
off again as soon as the temperature is reached.
• The lid must not be placed on the fryer when it is in use.
Only use the lid when the appliance has cooled down to
prevent dust getting into the oil.
• When the fryer has reached the required temperature, use
the handle to raise the basket and attach it to the edge of
the fryer.
• Place the food in the basket slowly to avoid splashes and
lower the basket fully into the oil or fat.
• When the food is already prepared, raise the basket with
the handle and attach it to the edge of the fryer to let the oil
drain out of the food.
• If necessary, you can remove the basket from the appliance.
• Make sure the food is fully cooked outside and inside.
• The fryer does not have an ON/OFF switch. After using it,
turn the thermostat to the "MIN" position and unplug the
appliance. Never move the appliance when the oil or fat are
still hot.
FOR BEST RESULTS
• Always dry the food well before frying it. Very "moist" food
creates foam in the oil, and it could overflow.
• The food to be fried must be similar in size to ensure that
