• Do not use strong detergents or harsh
clothe/liquid, as they could damage the fryer.
• Clean the fryer with warm water and soap.
You are recommended to leave the elements
to soak for a period of time.
• Dry all the parts of the appliance thoroughly.
• Change the oil regularly.
• To assemble it, read the "Assemble the
fryer" section.
STORAGE
• Wait until the fryer has cooled down
completely before putting it away.
• You can leave the oil in the appliance when
you put it away. Make sure that the lid is
properly closed to prevent dust from getting
into the oil.
