• Never cover the appliance with any kind of
material.
• Never add water to oil.
• You must not place the lid on the fryer when
it is working, as it could cause a fire or cause
oil to be spilled. In the case of this type of
fryer, the lid must only be used to store and
move the fryer (when the fryer has cooled
down).
• CARE: the fryer can reach high temperatures
when it is working. Preparations with oil and
fat may burn if they overheat. Be very careful
and do not leave the fryer on for long periods
of time. Do not forget to turn off the appliance
once the food has been prepared and the
fryer is no longer in use. Before unplugging it
from the mains, turn the temperature selector
to the minimum position ("MIN").
• Make sure that there is proper ventilation
when the appliance is in use.
• If you wish to use solid fat, cut it into
pieces and put them in the bucket. Turn
