Machine description

The EOMAT PRO is a machine designed to pre-assemble and to do the final assembly of
EO progressive ring and EO-2 fittings in large-scale production. With the EOMAT PRO
tube diameters from 2 to 22 mm outside diameter (EOMAT PRO22), or 4 to 42 mm can be
assembled (EOMAT PRO42).
The EOMAT PRO consists of a hydraulically driven tool and a
hydraulic unit. The required assembly parameters are automatically selected through the
tool identification system (transponder in the MOK pre-assembly tool).

4.1 Safety equipment

The machine is fitted with a start button and an emergency stop switch.
The start button initiates the assembly procedure. It must be pressed until the assembly
procedure has finished. Only then does the cylinder return to its original position.
In case of imminent danger, the cylinder can be stopped using the emergency stop switch.
A message will be shown in the display that "cylinder not in the rear end position". After
releasing the emergency stop switch and pressing the enter key the cylinder will move
back to its rear end position.
When the emergency stop switch has been pressed, the cylinder can be moved manually
(e.g. using a screwdriver as a lever).
