BISCUITS HEARTS
Ingredients for about 21 cookies
Flour 00 gr 120
Sugar 120 gr
*Bu er (ointment) 120 gr
2 eggs
Grated zest of one lemon
Baking powder a teaspoon (about 10g)
* (To make the bu er in ointment just hold it a
'hour at room temperature)
Process:
Beat the eggs with the sugar. When the dough is so and creamy, stir in the bu er, mix well, then
add the baking powder and lemon zest.
Finish the dough incorporating the our, mixing well, to create a mass frothy and smooth.
Meanwhile, warm up the oven for about ve minutes.
When the oven is hot, with the help of a spoon or a pastry bag ll the molds for ¾ of their depth.
Close and cook for 10 minutes.
