DONUTS
Ingredients for about 28 donuts
Flour 00 gr 100
Sugar 100 gr
50 g bu er (melted)
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of baking powder (about 10g)
Grated orange peel
Process:
Install the eggs with sugar, add the melted bu er and grated orange peel.
When the dough is very u y, add the our and baking powder.
Stir well until the mixture is very smooth.
Heat the oven well, with the help of a teaspoon and ll the base of the mold ring, close and cook
for about 8 minutes.
