The Ambu® ResCue Mask™ enables performance of mouth to mask ventilation.
Additionally it provides a physical barrier between the rescuer and the victim,
eliminating direct contact of the rescuer's lips with the unknown subject.
Proper training in ventilation and CPR should be obtained before using this
device. Practice using your ResCue Mask on training manikins so that you are
ready for any emergency that might occur. In the event that you do not have
your Ambu ResCue Mask start CPR without delay.
After removel of the valve, the Ambu ResCue Mask can be attached to a
resuscitator if available.

CAUTIONS
• Ambu ResCue Mask is intended to be only used by trained users.
• Make sure that the valve is properly attached to the mask before starting
ventilation. If not properly attached it may result in insufficient ventilation.
If the one-way valve is replaced after the mask has been used,
the replacement valve should only be inserted halfway into the mask and
then be pressed fully into the mask just before starting the ventilation,
in order to secure proper attachment.
