HOLd
Holdover is defined as the point that you aim at with the
weapon instead of the actual target point to compensate
for the variation caused by the trajectory of the bullet (e.g.
when using classic hunting reticles).
By displaying the holdover, the Leica Rangemaster CRF
1600-B can provide valuable support in achieving the most
accurate shots possible when hunting.
In addition to the range, the calculation is based on the
general conditions discussed in the previous section and
the ballistic curve you have selected.

The holdover/elevation is always shown with reference to
the range to the target.
