Do not adjust the strap while a patient is holding the handle as this may damage the
mechanism. After adjusting the strap, make sure it locks with an audible "click".
Do not twist the strap through more than 180 as this may cause premature wear.

After use: remove the strap and handle, turn out the shaft locking pin, lift the pole out of the
socket and store the accessory away from the bed.

WARNING
To adjust the lifting pole position (ENT-ACC03):
Lift the entire accessory and rotate the lifting pole in the
required direction. Release the lifting pole (7) and continue to
rotate the lifting pole until it "clicks" into position.
Fit the lifting strap loop (5) over the horizontal
part of the lifting pole. Ensure that the loop
lies between the projecting pegs (circled) at
all times.
To adjust the height of the handle above the
bed: press the release button (6) and adjust
the strap to the required length.
