Fasten three METAL BRACKETS (JJ) to the BALLAST (U). Use three BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (VV).
Fasten the BASE (G) to the BALLAST (U). Use three BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (VV).
