7. TOUCH OPERATION

7.1. TOUCH USB CABLE CONNECTION

1. Connect the signal cable to the display, and then turn on the display.
2. Connect the USB cable to the display and the computer; connect one
end of USB cable (Type-B USB connector) on the display side.
3. Connect the other end of the USB cable (Type-A USB) to the USB port
on computer. See picture.
4. Then turn on the computer.
5. When USB cable connected, then wait for 5 seconds and the touch
function is ready to go. It can be activated by pen, finger, or any other
pointer

7.2. SOFTWARE INSTALLATION

1. Double click the installation file MultiTouch [x.x.x.xxx] Setup.exe, located on USB key provided with the display.
2. Choose the desired setup language (English or Simplified Chinese), then click install
3. Please wait several minutes for the installation to complete.
4. The device will not be detected immediately after installation. Please wait about 10 more seconds for the touch
function to activate.
5. Finally, the driver installation is now complete.
Note:
in different operating systems, you might be required to restart the computer after the driver is installed, e.g.
Mac OS.
Utility: Please do not execute this function, for it is for service engineer to diagnose the touch function.
