Indications for special waste

Special waste is that deriving from industrial processes as well as from materials of dismantled equipment and
deteriorated and obsolete machineries.
The special (also toxic and harmful) waste producers shall provide for its disposal directly or through qualified,
authorised companies or bodies, or shall deliver them to public service after having made an agreement.
When disposing of special waste, check with the relevant local government authority for any available
information regarding such waste disposal in your region.
WARNING!
Any unauthorised disposal by the owner of a product is followed by the application of the sanctions due to the
regulations in force.
WARNING!
In compliance with the Directive 2012/19/EU on WEEE any bought element/equipment marked with the symbol
of the crossed dustbin means that it has to be collected, at the end of its working life, separately from other
waste:
The symbol of the crossed dustbin on the equipment means that it has to be collected, at the end of its
working life, separately from the other waste. Therefore, the end-user will have to take it to a separate
collection area for electric and electro-technical waste or to give it back to the dealer when buying a new
product of equivalent kind, in ratio one to one. The adequate separate collection and the following
processing and eco-friendly disposal avoid negative effects on the health and the environment and allow
recycling the materials the products are made of. Any unauthorised disposal, personally carried out by
the end-user, would cause the application of sanctions, according to the local Laws.
