16.3 Troubleshooting table

The digital display is lit, but the device does not start the cooking program
and displays an error code instead:
Error Code Possible Causes
E001 1. Bin is empty
2. Water too low
3. Device is not positioned correctly
on the table
4. The system cannot determine if
there is water in the bin
Error in electronics
E002 1. Particles in filter
2. Bag blocks water inlet
3. Bag blocks water outlet.
4. Bag burst, food blocks the water
inlet.
5. Dirt accumulates inside the
circulation system of the device.

E009 1. Electronics defect
