Interfaces:
Power supply
Electrical: The electrical power is supplied through a plug (CEE 5 pole 16 A), which is connected
with an approx. 5 m long cable to the underside of the switching cabinet.
Media connection
Incoming fruit: The already chopped fruit are brought onto the juice collection pan in several layers
either by hand or by mash pump.
Media disposal / removal
Juice outlet: The juice produced is led into a tank and can be further processed from there.
Mash outlet: The pressed out mash is removed by hand from the press cloths.
