Description of the inspection and servicing work

Checking the hydraulic oil level in the tank
It must be checked at regular intervals that there is sufficient hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank (9
or 23). To do this, follow this procedure:
- Ensure that the hydraulic cylinder (12 or 27) is in the low-end position.
- Decommission the machine (see Chapter 8 Operation).
- Open bleed valve (8 or 24), which is on the hydraulic oil tank.
- Use a measuring aid to measure the fill level of the hydraulic oil tank. There should be
approximately 2 - 3 cm of air space between the hydraulic oil level and the upper tank wall.
- If necessary, top up using HLP46 hydraulic oil.
- Close the tank using the bleed valve (8 or 24).
