Taking into service PP80 / PP150

8.5.1

Start-up after a scheduled shut-down PP80 / PP150

Before any start-up or after longer periods of decommissioning of the machine, the following
procedure must be followed:
-
Check general condition.
-
Ensure all safety equipment is operational.
-
Ensure all safety devices are correctly fitted.
-
Ensure that the necessary servicing (see Maintenance) has been carried out.
Before you can take the packing press into operation, you will require the following:
-
CEE socket 16 A fused 3 x 16 A
-
Tank or container to collect the juice produced
For commissioning, follow this procedure:
-
Connect the tank or container for the juice produced to both outflow funnel (20), using hoses.
-
Plug in the mains plug into the matching CEE socket with appropriate fusing.
-
Switch the main switch (16) on.
-
Switch the selector On/Off (32) to On.
-
Now production can commence.
8.5.2

Restarting after an emergency shut-down PP80 / PP150

-
Ensure all disturbances present have been cleared or damage to the machine has been
repaired.
-
Unlock the EMERGENCY-OFF switch (31).
-
Now start-up as you would after a scheduled shut-down.

Restarting after a longer shut-down period PP80 / PP150

See start-up after a scheduled shut-down.
