Selector Manual/Auto. (35)
This selector switches between manual mode and automatic mode.
Manual: Manual mode
Auto.: Automatic mode
Button Up (33)
In manual mode, the lifting plate (15) can be switched to be raised manually.
Button Down (34)
In manual mode, the lifting plate (15) can be switched to be lowered manually.
Button Start (36)
In automatic mode, the press program is started with this button. The lifting and residual times are
fixed in the program. The hydraulic cylinder moves upwards in steps and then down in a single
step.

Cleaning

Clean the machine using clear water with a normal cleaning agent.
8.9

Decommissioning PP40

For decommissioning, follow this procedure:
- Ensure that the lifting plate (6) is in the low-end position.
- Switch the main switch (10) off.
- Disconnect power connection.
- Clean the machine.
- Store the packing press according to the Storage Conditions.
8.10

Decommissioning PP80 / PP150

For decommissioning, follow this procedure:
- Ensure that the lifting plate (15) is in the low-end position.
- Switch the selector On/Off (35) to Off.
- Switch the main switch (16) off.
- Disconnect power connection.
- Clean the machine.
- Store the packing press according to the Storage Conditions.
