Taking into service PP40
8.4.1
Start-up after a scheduled shut-down PP40
Before any start-up or after longer periods of decommissioning of the machine, the following
procedure must be followed:
-
Check general condition.
-
Ensure all safety equipment is operational.
-
Ensure all safety devices are correctly fitted.
-
Ensure that the necessary servicing (see Maintenance) has been carried out.
Before you can take the packing press into operation, you will require the following:
-
CEE socket 16 A fused 3 x 16 A
-
Tank or container to collect the juice produced
For commissioning, follow this procedure:
-
Connect the tank or container for the juice produced to the outflow funnel (5), using hoses.

Plug in the mains plug into the matching CEE socket with appropriate fusing.
-
Switch the main switch (10) on.
-
Now production can commence.
