ry, the display will show "memory" and AUTO.
Note: every time you change a curve value, press button 11 to
store in memory Adjustment of parameters
- Enter the Password pressing, at the same time, buttons 5, 7 and
8, and a number (0000) will appear that you confirm by pressing
button 11 (Enter). You have entered level 1;
- press F2 twice , the display will show PARAM., on the right of the
display there will be the value of the parameter and on the left
(above F3) there will be the parameter number;
- using buttons 6 and 7, search for the parameter concerned
- use buttons 8 and 9 to change the value of the parameter
- press F1 to quit.
Main Etamatic parameters list (For the full list see
the Etamatic manual)
Note: to see the meaning of the parameters with the software, press
Ctrl and F1 at the same time
CH1
= 400 (if the inverter is used for the correction); if the air
servo is used to set CH4
517
= 100 +60 –40 (correction field)
718
= 500 for 3 point adjustment; 0=for 4-20 mA signal of internal
adjuster
775
= pilot (0=excluded; 1= on)
780
= pilot time
783
= flame stabilization time
787
= maintenance mode (to adjust pilot)
790
= loading adjuster (0=excluded; 1=on; 2=with external
probe) note: in "calibration" mode it is automatically
excluded
791
= set point for cold start (boiler output temperature or
pressure value)
792
= 200 start up power (loading level at which the burner will
work in cold start mode)
793
= start up time (max), time taken to pass from start up
power (P 792) to maximum power (sec)
796
= set point (contact open between 50 and 24) boiler output
temperature or pressure value
797
= set point with external probe (see P 800 and P 801)
798
= 2
set point (contact closed between 50 and 24) example:

50 and 24) example: night time reduction
(only with external probe)
800
= outdoor temperature maximum °C
801
= outdoor temperature minimum °C
802
= ignition point (difference from set-point P 796) if P 796=70
and 802=5 the burner ignites at 65°C
803
= temperature difference for minimum command
(if P 796=70 and 803=10 when 80°C is reached the burner
goes down to minimum).
804
= switching off point (difference from set-point); if P
796=70 and 804=15 when 85°C is reached the burner
switches off. (804>803)
805
= P (proportional band)
806
= I (integral time)
807
= D (derivative time)
809
= unit of measurement of loading adjuster (1=°C; 2=bar)
833
= language
(1=English; 4=Italian)
896
= O
adjuster (0=excluded; 1 = switched on)
2
939
= 200 (establishes at what loading O
200=min; 990=max).
ENTRY OF O2 CURVE
(from the Operating unit keyboard or software)
Change parameter P896=1 (O2 adjuster on)
STATUS>PSW (0000)>ENTER (11)
O2 EI>F2 Clear memory (9) "deleted" appears
(16) LOADING < > (3) (2) loading=200
(16) change set point with (8) and (9) >ENTER (11)
(17) >LOADING > 300 (3) change loading
(16) > set value >9> set value O2 > ENTER(11)
Enter all the points up to loading of 990 and store in memory with F3
CALIBRATION OF O2 PROBE WITH BURNER
RUNNING
When the combustion has been regulated, set the burner at about
2% O2.
Use LT2 keyboard
CALL > START CALL >ENTER > calibration test with reference
measuring > ENTER
Using the + keys, change O2 values comparing them with those
measured by the portable instrument > ENTER
CALIBRATION OF THE CO DETECTOR WITH
BURNER RUNNING
Enter parameter P896=1 (O2 adjuster on). With the burner on,
STATUS enter PSW > 11
F2, the message delete or edit O2 curve appears > (8) > (16) > 11
"correction" appears 50.0 KO 0.0
Press button 5 and the following appears: 50.0 TK
Change the values "correction input" with buttons (2) and (3) , the
figure 50.0 will change to reduce the O2 to take to numbers higher
than 50, To reduce the O2 until the formation of CO and compare
the values with the portable instrument. After the adjustment return
to the value of 50.0 and press button (4) and it will go from TK mode
to KO > (11) > F3.
LEARNING THE CO CURVE
After the adjustment position the working of the burner to automatic
(the CO control must learn the curve, reducing the frequency until
it finds CO, > (17) and the following will appear: O2 I 2.2 -8c 0
I = indicates current value
2.2 = O2 value
-8 = step, varies continuously and may be positive (+) or negative (-)
c = may be small "c" or capital "C" depending on whether the loading
decreases or increases
0 = CO value read
Try out the loading at different points
