Operating Instructions
are missing.
■ When damaged, stop using the pressurized cup immediately and dis-
connect it from the compressed air circuit.
■ Adhere to safety regulations.
Cleaning agents for cleaning the pressurized cup
■ Never use acidic or alkaline cleaning agents to clean the pressurized
cup.
■ Never use cleaning agents based on halogenated hydrocarbons.
■ Check the cleaning agents with the manufacturer of the chemicals that
you are using.
Connected components
■ Only use original SATA spare parts and accessories.
■ The connected hoses and lines must reliably withstand the thermal,
chemical and mechanical loads expected during operation.
■ When pressurised hoses work loose, their whip-like movements can
cause injuries. Always vent the hoses completely before they are loos-
ened.
Point of use
■ Never use the pressurized cup in the vicinity of ignition sources such
as naked flames, burning cigarettes or non-explosion-proof electrical
equipment.
General
■ Never point the pressurized cup spray gun with pressurized cup at
living beings.

Description
The pressurized cup and the pressurized cup spray gun are connected to
the compressed air circuit at the connection nipple of the pressure control
valve. An air hose from the pressure control valve is connected to the
quick coupling in the lid of the pressurized cup. The pressure control valve
is used to adjust the overpressure in the pressurized cup. The overpres-
sure in the pressurized cup conveys the material being processed into the
