Warning!
Explosion risk
The use of unsuitable compressed air hoses may cause explosions.
→ Only use solvent-resistant, antistatic, undamaged and technically
flawless compressed air hoses with permanent pressure resistance of
minimum 20 bar, inner diameter of minimum 9 mm and bleeder resist-
ance of < 1MOhm, such as SATA air hose (Art. No. 53090).
Note!
Use compressed air connection with 1/4 " male thread or suitable SATA
connection nipple.
Use clean compressed air, e.g. conditioned with SATA filter units.
■ Clean pressurized cup [1-10] and the inside of the pressurized cup lid
[1-11] thoroughly with thinner.
■ Position the pressurized cup on the gun's cup connection and screw
tight.
■ Screw the pressure control with the gun connection [1-5] tightly in the
correct position at the air inlet of the gun grip. The pressure gauge [1-6]
must point forwards.
■ Connect the air hose [1-3] from the pressure control valve to the pres-
surized cup lid using the quick coupling [1-2] .
■ Connect the air hose to the air connection [1-7] and connect the air
supply.

Normal operation
During application, work parallel to the work piece with a variable spray
distance, depending on the material being processed and the adjusted
cup pressure. The amount of material pressure depends on the material
viscosity and on the required material flow.
Before using the pressurized cup, the manufacturer must be consulted
regarding the suitability of the specific cleaning agents.
