q) If the engine does not rotate, produces smoke or a strange noise is heard, the
engine is too hot. Immediately turn off the machine and disconnect the
power cord from the electrical outlet.
r) Do not place the device on an unstable surface.
s) The device becomes hot during operation. Be careful not to touch the
running device. If the device is located in a place where careless persons can
touch the device, additional warning signs indicating the risk of burns must
be placed.
t) Particular attention should be paid to children in the vicinity of the device.
u) While the plucking device is working, do not put any objects, hands or other
parts of the body inside.
v) Switch the device off with the main switch before disconnecting from the
mains.
w) Do not remove the bird from the plucking machine drum while the plate is
still rotating. First, turn off the machine, wait for the plate to come to a
standstill, and then remove the bird.
x) Before each use, check that the screws and the belt are not loosened
because of vibration. Tighten as needed.
y) Do not let the engine get wet!
z) In order to maintain cleanliness, it is recommended to place a bucket or a bag
for the waste under the outlet so that it does not fall onto the ground.
aa) Before placing the bird in the water, it should be drained of blood.
bb) Do not leave the bird in the scalding machine for a long time or without
supervision. Scalding for too long can damage the skin and make it impossible
to process the bird for food purposes.
cc) After each use of the scalding machine, discard the used water and rinse the
tank.
dd) Some of the water will evaporate from the tank, therefore its level should be
checked and topped up when using the machine.
ee) Under no circumstances should you touch the hot surface of the machine!
ff) When not in use, store the device under a cover (secured with a cover) to
prevent the ingress of dirt.
