Use the UP/DOWN buttons to select the desired program (see image); con rm with

ENTER.
P18 P21: Use the UP/DOWN buttons to enter your age rst. 35 is the default age setting.
P22: Use the UP/DOWN buttons to enter your target heart rate with a value between 80 and
180. 120 is the default heart rate setting.
Then enter other values for time, distance and calories using the UP/DOWN buttons.
