7 Warranty

Medela AG guarantees the trolley to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of 1 year from the date of delivery� Should any material defects appear, the appropriate
parts will be replaced free of charge during this period, provided it does not result from abuse or
misapplication� This will not apply to parts subject to wear and tear in use� To ensure compliance
with this warranty as well as optimum service from Medela products, we recommend the
exclusive use of Medela accessories with the Medela trolley�
In no event shall Medela AG be liable for claims which exceed the scope of the warranty
described, including liability for consequential damage, etc� The right to the replacement of faulty
parts will not be recognised by Medela if any work has been carried out on the trolley by
unauthorised persons� This warranty is subject to the appliance being returned to a Medela
service centre�

8 Disposal

The trolley is made of metals and plastics and should be disposed of in accordance with
the European directives 2002/95/EC and 2002/96/EC� In addition, follow your local disposal
guidelines when disposing of the trolley and accessories�
