MAINS FITNESS TEST
□ No voltage due to tripped mains protection.
Correct?
MAINS CONNECTION TEST
□ Terminals IN-L1, IN-L2, IN-L3 of the power board (56) = 3 x 400 VAC approximately, with the switch (14) closed.
Correct?

POWER SUPPLY TEST
□ Power board (56), connector J1, terminals 4(+) - 1(-), voltage = +560 VDC approx., with switch (14) closed.
Correct?
SERVICE TRANSFORMER (54) POWER SUPPLY TEST
□ Service transformer (54), terminals 0 - 400 = 400 VAC approx., terminals 0 - 220 = 220 VAC approx.
Correct?
POWER BOARD (56) POWER SUPPLY TEST
□ Power board (56), FAN1 connector, terminals 1–5 = 18 VAC (power supply for interface circuits with cooling unit).
□ Power board (56), FAN1 connector, terminals 4-8 = 30 VAC (power supply to power source control circuits).

♦
Eliminate any short circuits or insulation leaks to earth,
on the connections between mains cable, switch (14) and
terminals IN-L1, IN-L2, IN-L3 of power board (56).
♦
Check that the bridge rectifier B1 on power board (56) is
not short-circuited.
♦
Mains not OK to supply power source (e.g. Insufficient
installed power).
♦
Replace power board (56).
♦
Check the connection between switch (14) and power
board (56).
♦
Check the power cable and plug.
♦
Check the switch (14).
♦
Check mains voltage conditions.
♦
Check that terminals 4 - 1 of J1 on power board (56) are
not short-circuited. If necessary, look for the source of the
short-circuit between the power components connected
to the DC_BUS (see Fig. 2.3.1).
♦
Replace power board (56).
♦
Check the wiring between the terminal block of primary
service transformer (54) and terminals J-L1 and J-L2 on
power board (56).
♦
Check the connections on power board printed circuit
(56), between terminals J-L1, J-L2 with terminals IN-L2,
IN-L3 (see connector map, section 5.6).
♦
Check the fuse on the primary winding of service transformer
(54) is intact. If it has blown, replace it by checking, with the
power source off, the resistance of the primary winding by
measuring it on the terminal board of service transformer
(54) with intact fuses on. Correct values: primary winding
0 - 400 VAC = 14 ohm approximately, primary winding 0 –
220 VAC = 7.5 ohm approximately. If not correct, replace
service transformer (54).
