CHAPTER 19 - NOZZLE MAINTENANCE
BEFORE PROCEEDING, move the key switch, ITEM H FIG. 2, into the off position and
remove the key.
Turn the quick coupling head clockwise, ITEM 1 FIG . 13, remove it and the gasket ITEM 2A FIG . 13A, remove
the nozzle ITEM 2B FIG . 13A, and rinse it or replace it .
Reassemble the components, ITEM 2A, 2B, 2C FIG . 13A, proceeding in reverse to what has been performed
previously .
CHAPTER 20 - CLEANING, CHECKING AND REPLACING THE WASHING UNIT BRUSH
BEFORE PROCEEDING, move the key switch, ITEM H FIG. 2, into the off position and
remove the key.
Make sure that the washing unit is in the raised position with respect to the floor.
Loosen the knob, ITEM 9 FIG . 3, to access the brush and open the cover, ITEM 10 FIG . 3

Loosen the screw, ITEM 1 FIG . 14, and remove the barbed plate, ITEM 4 FIG . 14
WHEN REMOVING THE BRUSH, OBSERVE THE DIRECTION OF THE BRISTLES WELL –
IT MUST BE REASSEMBLED WITH THE BRISTLES IN THE SAME DIRECTION. THE RED
CONTROL BRISTLE MUST BE VISIBLE AS SHOWN IN FIG. 14
