CHAPTER 25 - CLEANING AND DISINFECTION IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH ORGANIC WASTE
Move the machine to a maintenance area . In these cases it is necessary to use DISINFECTION PRODUCTS
BEFORE PROCEEDING, MOVE THE KEY SWITCH, ITEM H FIG. 2, INTO THE "OFF"
POSITION AND REMOVE THE KEY.
Follow the instructions in the manual P . 14 "AFTER USE"

-Empty the recovery tank, ITEM 6 FIG . 3
-Extract the collection container, ITEM 8 FIG . 3
-Extract the floor squeegee unit, ITEM 30 FIG. 4
-Open the central brush casing, ITEM 10 FIG 3, by lifting the knob, ITEM 9 FIG . 3
-Extract the central brush, ITEM 3 FIG . 14
-Release the lever locks, ITEM 40 FIG . 4, lift the cover, ITEM 27 FIG . 4 and hold it up
-Inserting the dedicated support rod FIG . 9
BEFORE LOWERING THE RECOVERY TANK, MAKE SURE THAT IT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY
EMPTIED.
Holding the tank, remove the short cable from its seat (FIG. 9A) and slowly lower the tank being careful not to
let it strike the floor. It is advisable to be assisted by a second operator.
Proceed with washing using products suitable for the type of dirt being collected .
Rinse all the compartments of the machine taking care not to wet the upper part as shown in the image . Do not
use high pressure systems .
Clean and rinse all the components mentioned above ITEM 6 FIG . 3 - ITEM 30 FIG . 4 - ITEM 8 FIG . 3
Apply a disinfectant product in the indicated areas, follow the instructions recommended by the manufacturer
and rinse thoroughly .
Once this maintenance has been completed, proceed in reverse to perform the operations described above .
CHAPTER 26 - DISMANTLING AND SCRAPPING
DISMANTLING OR DEMOLITION MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY THE CUSTOMER, IN FULL
COMPLIANCE WITH THE RELEVANT REGULATIONS IN FORCE, DELIVERING THE ENTIRE
MACHINE OR THE PARTS THAT COMPOSE IT TO COMPANIES DESIGNATED FOR SUCH
SERVICES.
As the owner of an electrical or electronic appliance, the law (in accordance with EU Directive 2012/19/EU
on waste from electrical and electronic equipment and the legislation of the EU Member States that have
implemented this directive) prohibit disposing of this product or of its electrical/electronic accessories as solid
urban household waste and instead dictate that they must be disposed of at appropriate collection centres .
The product can be disposed of directly via the distributor when purchasing a new product that is equivalent to
the one to be disposed of .
Disposing of the product in the environment could cause serious damage to the environment and to human
health .
The symbol in the figure represents the municipal waste bin and it is strictly forbidden to store the appliance
in these containers . Failure to comply with the provisions of Directive 2012/19/EU and with the implementing
decrees of the various EU states is administratively punishable .
If it is decided to no longer use the machine, it is advisable to remove the batteries and dispose of them in an
eco-friendly manner in accordance with the European standard 2013/56/EU or to take them to an authorised
collection centre .
To dispose of the machine, proceed according to the legislation in force at the place of use:
-the machine must be disconnected from the mains, emptied of liquids and cleaned;
- the machine must therefore be broken down into groups of homogeneous materials (plastics in
accordance with what is indicated by the recyclability symbol, metals, rubber, packaging).
