Installation Instructions

• The product is only suitable for indoor use, f.e. in hotel rooms. It is not designed for
outdoor use, for example in the garden.
• The product should not be exposed to extremely moist or extremely dry air. The
commonly found air humidity, i.e. between 45 and 70%, is ideal.
• Prior to installation, inspect the product for transport damages. After it has been
installed, no transport or surface damage will be honoured.
• Before starting any mounting work, check all dimensions and installation positions.
• Where the contractor mounts the product, he should ensure that the entire area
of the wall to which the mounting plate is to be fitted, is flat (no projecting joints
or tiles sticking out), that the structure of the wall is suitable for the installation of
the product and has no weak points. The enclosed screws and dowels are only
suitable for concrete. For another wall constructions the manufacturer's indications
of the dowel manufacturer have to be taken into account.
• Preferably, use a router to cut holes out of the Corian® plate. In the absence of
a router, you can also use a 12 mm wood drill and a sabre saw with a new,
fine saw blade. Make sure that the cut-out contour has no pointed corners. If
you have any questions about working with Corian®, please contact directly the
manufacturer, DuPontTM.
