hot water preparation
This machine has 2 automatic pre-
dosed hot water buttons.
Place a container (that can bear a
temperature of at least 125°C) under
the hot water pipe and push one of
6
the two buttons for hot water (P8 or
P10).
During machine installation, hot water
temperature can be set by the installer.

NOTE: To obtain the best quality of
milk froth, it is necessary to perform a
specific procedure during milk heating.
This procedure can be taught through
training courses or specific videos but it
is not described in this manual, due to
safety reasons.
