• The mask contains small parts which could result in a choking hazard.
• Do not use in or near magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment.
• Therapy Mask 3100 NC and SP contain magnets with a field strength less than or equal
to 400mT. Some medical devices may be affected by magnetic fields. The mask, which
has a field strength of less than 0.2mT at a distance of 2 in (50 mm) from the mask,
should be kept at least 2 in (50 mm) away from any active medical device. Consult
your physician before using this mask.
Note: Any serious incident that has occurred in relation to this device should be reported to
Philips and the competent authority of the Member State in which the user and/or patient is
established.
