Dishwashing Instructions
Cautions:
• Use a mild liquid dish washing detergent only to wash the mask.
• Do not use the heated drying cycle on the dishwasher.
• Do not use bleach, alcohol, cleaning solutions containing bleach or alcohol, or
cleaning solutions containing conditioners or moisturizers.
Note: Alcohol can be used on fabric parts for multi-patient use. Refer to the Disinfection
Guide for Professional Use Only for instructions.
In addition to hand washing, the mask may be cleaned in the dishwasher once a week.
1. Remove the fabric parts. Do not wash the fabric parts in the dishwasher.
2. Disassemble the mask (see Disassembly section).
3. Wash in the top shelf of the dishwasher.
4. Air dry. Make sure the mask is dry before use.
6 Assembly and Disassembly
Cautions:
• The tubing is permanently attached to the mask frame. Do not attempt to remove the
tubing from the frame.
• Do not pull on the mask tube to separate it from CPAP tubing.
Assembly
1. The inside of the wings and the headgear are marked with "R" and "L" to show the right and
left sides. Match the left ("L") side of the headgear to the left wing. Make sure each "L" is
facing up. f
2. Insert the tip of the left wing into the slot in the left side of the headgear fabric. Feed the
wing through the length of the fabric. g
3. Hook the fabric around the edges of the wing, making sure the wing is fully covered. h If
any part of the wing is visible
4. Repeat with the right ("R") side of the wing and headgear.
5. Align the cushion with the frame. The inside of the cushion is marked with an "R" and an "L"
to show the left and right sides. Make sure the "R" and "L" are facing up. The magnets in the
cushion will snap into place. i
6. Confirm that the cushion is firmly attached to the frame. j
Note: If placed in the frame upside down, the cushion will not connect to the magnets.
