DUTY CYCLE AND OVERHEATING FACTOR
The duty cycle is the percentage of time within ten minutes during which the unit can function under pressure
without overheating. If the unit should overheat, the output current will stop and the overheating indicator will
light up. If this happens, allow the unit to cool down for 15 minutes. Reduce the intensity of the welding current,
the voltage or the working cycle before re-starting.
•An excessive working cycle can damage the unit and invalidate the guarantee.

VOLT-AMPERE CURVES
The volt-ampere curves indicate the maximum intensity and voltage of the welding current generated by the
unit.
Curves for the other setting values can be extrapolated from those shown below.
