8. BEFORE EVERY USE
WARNING!
•
Always make sure the device's components are present and properly located and
assembled. If they are not, DO NOT USE THE DEVICE; contact your service centre
•
Make sure the tyre is properly inflated and in good condition. Refer to "MAINTENANCE"
for the inflation pressure
•
Make sure the battery has sufficient charge for the route you want to cover
•
Make sure that the front drive is coupled properly to the wheelchair; refer to
"COUPLING"
•
Make sure the brake is working properly; test the brake before you set off
•
When you first use the Tiboda, set off slowly so as to gain familiarity with it. Every
new manoeuvre is potentially hazardous. Pay special attention to your speed around
corners
•
Service and clean the product as indicated under "CLEANING"; accumulated dust
and dirt can compromise the operation of the device
•
Check that the rear wheels of your wheelchair are securely installed
•
We recommend wearing a helmet and other protective equipment
•
Always check that the throttle lever and reverse button are working properly
9. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

To proceed with the quick coupling/user instructions, the device must be set up by
the reseller or an authorised Moretti S.p.A. workshop using the "TIBODA installation
manual"
•
Only couple or uncouple the device on level, clear ground
