BOLT TIGHTENING
Tightening of the wheel seal bolt must be done with a torque wrench set to 70 N*m. Avoid making
non-measurable clamps this could compromise the tightness of the structure.
11. CONTROLS AND REMINDERS
WARNING!
Never expose the device to direct contact with water; it is rated IP21

Keep the controller clean and protect it from water and rain
•
Keep the wheel clean of residue, hair, sand and carpet fibres
•
Do not store the product in a damp area; this can cause mould to form and quickly damage its
parts
•
Inspect and lubricate all moving parts.
Lubricate with Vaseline or light oil. Do not use too much lubricant, the small drops can cause
stains
•
Always check that all nuts and bolts are tight
•
Do not drop the product or bang it against property or persons
•
Avoid extreme temperature differences
•
Do not expose the product to heat or direct sunlight for long periods
•
Do not disassemble the product
The cable exiting the motor must be
positioned at the front and make a
bend to the lower fixing point.
