What to do
If your glucose is higher than 240 mg/dL or lower than 70 mg/dL, you will see a
message on the screen. You can touch the message button for more information
and set a reminder to check your glucose.
After you get your blood glucose result, you can add Notes by touching the
symbol. If you do not want to add a Note, press the Home Button to go to the
Home screen or hold the Home Button to turn the Reader o!.
IMPORTANT: You should clean and disinfect your Reader once per week. Refer
to Maintenance and Disposal for instructions.
Accuracy of the Reader's built-in meter
Results from the Reader's built-in meter may vary slightly from your actual blood
glucose value. This may be due to slight di!erences in technique and natural
variation in test technology. The table below shows the results of a study where
119 typical users used the built-in meter to check their blood glucose level. For
example, in the study, the built-in meter gave results within 15% of true blood
glucose level 115 out of 119 times.
