Starting Your Sensor with the App
Before you start your Sensor, choose which device you want to use. If you start
the Sensor with the App, you will be unable to use the Reader to check your
glucose or receive alarms.
IMPORTANT:
The App requires that your phone has date and time enabled to set
automatically. You can check this in your phone settings. Manual changes to
your phone's time and date setting can lead to incorrect time stamp or
inability to use the App.
When using the App, you should keep your phone well charged and be sure
you have access to a blood glucose monitoring system.
When you scan your Sensor, you will receive a tone and vibration. If your
phone's volume is turned o!, you will not hear the tone.
When performing an NFC (Near Field Communication) scan, you may need to
adjust your scan distance based on what clothing you are wearing. In addition
to proximity and orientation, other factors can a!ect NFC performance. For
